Yes! Our treats are grain-free, gluten-free, and made with single-ingredient or limited-ingredient recipes to minimise allergy risks. They’re perfect for dogs with sensitivities like Tilly, our inspiration pup!
2. What ingredients do you use?
Only human-grade, all-natural ingredients like chicken breast, lean kangaroo meat, sweet potato, pumpkin, and coconut etc. No grains, fillers, artificial flavours, or preservatives.
3. How are your treats made?
We use a slow dehydration process to preserve nutrients and flavour. This method ensures a chewy, safe texture without chemicals or additives.
4. Do your treats contain preservatives?
No! Our treats are 100% preservative-free and rely on natural dehydration for freshness.
5. How should I store the treats?
Store in a cool, dry place in their resealable pouch.
6. What’s the shelf life of your treats?
Unopened treats will easily last around 3 months. Once opened, use within 4 weeks for best quality. We will still recommend finishing the treats within this timeframe as the nutritional value does start to diminish over time.
Disclaimer: The OMG doggie pizza will need to be consumed within 7 days due to higher moisture content.
7. Are your products safe for puppies?
Yes! Our treats are gentle enough for puppies, but always consult your vet for portion sizes based on age and breed.
8. Can cats eat these treats?
While formulated for dogs, some cat owners use them as occasional snacks. Check with your vet first!
9. Do you ship internationally?

We prioritise natural, ethically sourced ingredients, though not certified organic. All products are non-GMO.
12. Can I customise treats for my dog’s allergies?
We don’t offer custom recipes yet, but our existing range is designed for common allergies. Again, please contact us for specific concerns!
13. Do you offer subscriptions or bulk discounts?
Yes! We are considering options for “Subscribe & Save” or bulk orders. Please contact us to inquire! We would love to hear from you.
14. What if my dog doesn’t like the treats?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Contact us within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
15. Why the name “Fluffy Baby Bake”?
Inspired by our founder’s dog, Tilly, a “fluffy baby” with grain allergies! We bake treats as if they’re for our own furry family.
